Mr. Olise-Emeka Nwachukwu is a  seasoned facilitator and counselor with professional Human Resources experience of over 16 years, which cut across different sectors of the economy like Business Consulting, Investment Banking, Facility Management etc.

He is a graduate from the University of Ibadan, a member of Society of Human Resources Management USA (largest Human Resources body in the world), member of the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD) and a certified Strategic Workforce Planning by Human Capital Institute (HCI, USA) .  He is highly skilled in Training & Development, Performance Management, Organizational Development, Recruitment & Selection, Talent & Succession Management.

Olise-Emeka has a strong drive in helping Organizations and Individuals in achieving their goals. He started off in BIFOBA as the Secretary of the Homecoming Ball and later joined BIFOBA National Executive Council (NEC) as the 1st Welfare Officer, Publicity Secretary and currently the National General Secretary. Outside his Executive role, he also functions as the Chairman, BIFOBA/BFHS Academic Committee, Chairman Founder’s Day Committee, Secretary Awards Committee, BIFOBA Global Website Committee
